COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for pickup and delivery, and providing you with order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY
When you visit and place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Personal Information as requested by the New Mexico Department of Health.
CloudWalker also secures your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, and strictly complies by all HIPPAA privacy rules & regulations.
OPT-OUT & UNSUBSCRIBE
CloudWalker respects your privacy and, wherever possible, will provide you with the ability to opt-out of email and text communications related to the advertising of our products. Visitors may also choose to opt-out by submitting an unsubscribe request using the contact details provided below.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 21. Visiting the Site confirms that you are over the age of 21 and/or have a valid NM medical cannabis card confirming that you are allowed to shop at CloudWalker Farm.
CloudWalker Farm does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from minors under the age of 21. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their child’s online activity.
